A. DB Hammer Curls: 4 x 10 reps (3.0.1.0)
B. DB Alternating Bicep Curls (run the rack): 4+ x 8 reps
C. DB Preacher Hammer Curls L/R: 4 x 10 reps + drop set (3.0.1.0)
D. BB Bicep Curls (prison hand-offs): 4 x as many reps possible
