BATTLE CARD CHALLENGE COMMENTARY
This Battle Card Challenge targets legs.
Two opposite exercises: 1 exercise targets hamstrings (the back) and 1 targets quadriceps (the front). But both target glutes.
Two opposite pieces of equipment: kettlebells or barbells.
But both exercises can be performed with either piece of equipment.
Nothing stops one to do both exercises. Finish one and complete the other.
Challenges are meant to expand people's database of exercises and techniques.
Or simply motivate and inspire.
Your toughest fight will be against yourself.
